Casually camwhoring while trying to decide if I should give Insanity a try. I did the fit test yesterday and now my thighs and shoulders are sore. I don’t want it to be a RI30 2.0 where I just decide to quit halfway because it’s making me dread working out and I can’t do the moves properly anyway.
(I’m still doing TF but not as religiously as I used to…I’m starting to get a bit bored so I thought TF and I should part ways for a while. You know, to make the heart grow fonder.)
