You're doing insanity? I was thinking of starting that today. What is your opinion?
I find it very hard but doable, if you push hard enough. It gets easier, too. When I started I always felt like I was dying, but now I just feel like I’m going to die. A lot of difference there, you know. Haha. I think you should give it a try. I’m almost done with week 4 and although I’ve only lost 4 lbs, I’m feeling fitter, I can do more reps of the moves, and my clothes fit better. You should give it a go, too! :)
