I was ready to tuck in but then I remembered I haven’t done today’s Insanity workout. I’m already 5 days behind so i don’t want to get in even deeper shit by skipping today too. And it turns out I have to do the plyo workout, my least favorite of all I’ve done so far. Jesus christ why meeee? >:’C

I didn’t do my recovery day and went on a bike ride instead. Max recovery sucks. I also didn’t do yesterday because my free time to do my workouts was outside cleaning my yard.
