Last Saturday I was my little cousin’s favorite person in the world because I baked her a Barbie cake, haha. I fishtail braided the hair because it was so scraggly and unkempt. It’s only my second time working with fondant so it looked like shit, but not in my cousin’s eyes. She couldn’t stop staring at it and asked that we eat the Black Forest and ube cakes first because she didn’t want to cut it up. She’s such a darling when she’s not throwing child-bitch tantrums.
