Color shouldn’t matter, and I know that you are more comfortable drawing the people in your pictures as white, but I think that you should think of the people of different races who follow you. As an African American, I would appreciate seeing a variety of ethnicities in your drawings.

Urgh I hate to sound bitchy, but satisfying everyone’s wants isn’t really what I made this blog for. I just want to draw whatever the hell strikes my fancy and not have to worry about whether people will like it or not because that’s what commissions are for, and god knows I make these posts to get away from wearying commission work. When I feel like drawing some hot African American chick, I will, and in fact, I have. Twice. No, thrice. You know, after five voluminous books, I also would appreciate seeing Daenerys Targaryen get her ass to Westeros already, but you don’t see me writing to GRRM demanding that. (Of course, I’m no genius like GRRM, but you get the point.)
