Thanks! I went to uni for a biology degree. I think you should go straight into graphic design. Graphic design and fine arts are rather different, so if you go into fine arts first, chances are you’d have to unlearn some things when you finally go into graphic design. That opinion, of course, is from someone who hasn’t been to art school, so you might want to ask more knowledgeable people, i.e. those who actually went to art school. :>
