I haven’t had a proper run in MONTHSSS! I really need to start running again because even though a color run is a pretty laid back race, 10k is 10k. I don’t want to be carted off the road wheezing and puffing and unable to finish! What if there’s media covering the event and my unconscious fat ass makes it to an evening news program? I would die of shame. Hence, the need for training. :(
